Mum's The Word

Last fall I had the superb honour of dressing Brooke Sheilds
(who is to be accurately described as a dream) for a Hallmark Mystery Series movie called 'Mum's the Word', based on books by Kate Collins who I got to chat with on set.

Also starring Brennan Elliott, Beau Bridges and Kate Drummond, this terrific cast with a terrific crew, took over Main Street in North Bay to create the Bloomers Flower Shop.

Airing on Hallmark Sunday January 17th, 9/8 c

Brooke Shield has a gorgeous crossover, dark brown bag! I would love to know where I could buy one just like it. :)

Hi Susan,
I'm glad you saw the show! So after receiving your comment today, we searched out that handbag, excited to share the label. But alas, it had been removed by my costume set supervisor when they wanted to do a close up inside the bag.
I did purchase it last fall from a store here in Canada called Winners, which is similar to a TJ Maxx in the U.S. Sorry Susan I couldn't help you in this shopping mystery.

We're working on the 2nd installment and preparing the 3rd. It's a great show with a terrific cast. I'm sure you'll love them too.

I LOVE Brooke’s necklace, the one with the gold chain and gray hexagon stone. I would love to know where I could find one! Any suggestions?

Yep. Love the clothes: blue saddle bag purse, grayish double sided coat, navy and beige v-neck sweaters.

I want all of them!!
